Our advantage is not a lower price or a shinier website. It is the fact that we are still here, that we know how to run a cleaning contract through a building renovation or a pastoral change, and that we have written enough scopes of work to know what needs to be in them.
A general janitorial company trained on commercial office work will apply the same methods to a sanctuary that they apply to a conference room. That means wrong product choices on pew finishes, vacuuming patterns that wear carpet in visible lines, and crews who do not understand that the altar area is not the same as a breakroom counter. We clean faith facilities specifically. The difference shows in the scope before the first visit.
Most cleaning companies will give you a price. We give you a price and a document explaining exactly what you are paying for. If you sign the agreement and then find that something is not in scope, that is our failure to write the scope correctly — and we fix it. The written scope protects you from assumptions and protects us from the same.
You do not want a different face in your building every week. Neither do we — retraining takes time and introduces variation. A named crew is assigned to your facility and stays there. If a member of the crew changes, you hear about it before it happens.
