Regular and post-event cleaning for multi-use gathering spaces.
A fellowship hall in active use sees potluck suppers, youth group nights, AA meetings, polling stations, and funeral receptions — sometimes in the same week. That level of use accumulates quickly: grease on kitchen surfaces, folding chair leg marks on vinyl floors, food debris in corner seams. Volunteer cleaning catches most of it. Professional cleaning catches the rest and documents what was done.
Our fellowship hall scope covers: hard floor scrubbing or mopping (tile, VCT, vinyl, concrete), table wipe-down with food-safe solution, folding chair cleaning, kitchen surface sanitation (counters, stovetop surfaces, sink and faucet), interior appliance exterior cleaning (not inside ovens or refrigerators unless specified), restroom cleaning and restocking, rubbish removal, and floor drain check where accessible.
Fellowship halls are typically cleaned after the heaviest-use events. For most congregations that means Sunday evening or Monday morning. We can also provide a mid-week reset if Wednesday programming is heavy. The cleaning schedule is written into your agreement and adjustments require 48 hours' notice.
Post-event cleans for weddings, receptions, or holiday banquets are available by separate written scope and priced by facility size and condition at booking.
