We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. A certificate of insurance is provided with every written quote — you do not need to ask for it separately. If your building's insurer or property manager requires a certificate of insurance naming them as an additional insured, contact us and we can arrange that before the first clean.

We are also bonded, which provides protection against employee theft. We background-check every crew member before they enter a client facility. Our workers' compensation coverage means that if a crew member is injured on your property, you are not exposed to a claim.

We do not publish specific policy numbers or dollar amounts without client consent. If you need specific figures for your facility's records, request them when you submit your quote request and we will include them in the documentation.

22 years is the most significant credential we have, and it belongs on this page. Most cleaning companies in the greater Saint Paul metro have been in business for fewer than ten years. What Our Insurance Does Not Cover

We do not carry specialized art or antique coverage for one-of-a-kind religious artifacts. If your facility contains irreplaceable items — historic stained glass, antique furniture, significant art — note that in your quote request and we will discuss the appropriate scope limitations. We will not clean surfaces adjacent to items we are not qualified to handle safely.
