Straightforward answers to the questions facilities coordinators ask most often.
We clean facilities on Sundays — but not during active services. We schedule cleaning for Sunday evenings or Saturday afternoons in most cases. If your congregation has an unusual schedule, we accommodate it in the written scope.
We work out the access method before the first clean — a key, a code, or a coordinator who lets us in. The method is documented in the scope. We do not ask for access beyond what is needed for the agreed areas.
A scope change is a written amendment. You send us the request, we assess the additional time and cost, and both parties sign the update before the next visit. Nothing is added without written agreement.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. We are also bonded. A certificate of insurance is included with your written quote.
We supply and use our own products. The scope of work lists the products used on each surface type. If your facility has specific requirements — an allergy concern, a preference for particular certifications — note that in the quote request and we will work from there.
Yes, by a separate written scope. We do not add one-time cleans to a standing contract without documentation. The scope for a post-event clean describes the condition expected, what will be done, and the price.
We ask for a 30-day written cancellation notice on standing contracts. There is no minimum contract term, but the 30-day notice allows us to plan scheduling. One-time cleans have no notice requirement.
Yes. Mosque cleaning, synagogue cleaning, and other faith facility cleaning are all work we can scope. The products and scheduling considerations differ; the standard of written scope and consistent crew does not.
Contact us the same day. We return within 24 hours at no charge. If the miss is a pattern rather than an exception, the crew assignment is reviewed. Persistent scope failures result in a scope revision with input from the facility coordinator.
We operate as a service-area business and do not share client contact information without client permission. We can describe the types of facilities we have cleaned and for how long, and we are happy to answer specific questions about our experience with building types similar to yours.
